Farhan Akthar's Bhaag Milkha Bhaag won the hearts of many and many state Governments across the country gave entertainment tax concessions. The film is going strong at Bollywood box office.
To the surprise of many there is even Mega Power Star Ram Charan's Magadheera connection to Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. The actor who played the menancing Pakistani athlete Abdul Khaliq in the film is Magadheera actor.
No one can forget his menacing looks insulting Milkha Singh in the film. He is none other than Dev Gill who attracted all in Magadheera.
Speaking to scribes he said “After watching me in Bhaag Milkha..., many thought that I was actually a Pakistani actor and director Rakesh Mehra had to explain that I was none other than the Magadheera guy,” . Speaking about his role he added “Farhan breathed life into the role and I was inspired by his commitment and it reflected in my performance too. Getting to play real-life roles is a rare opportunity,” .
Dev Gill also played important roles in films like Ragada and Naayak. He showcased his love to Tollywood saying “A big announcement is awaited but Tollywood will remain close to my heart.”
