National awards for the year 2012 announced today. Our Tollywood proud film ‘Eega’ was adjudged as the Best Regional film of the year. This film got another award in Special effects category in National level. The other awards were announced as in the following.

8. Best Supporting actor---Anu Kapoor(Vicky Donor)
9. Best Supporting actress—Dolly ahluwalia(Vicky Donor)
10. Best Child artiste----Veerendra Pratap(Hindi),Menon(Malayalam)
11. Best Female singer---- Samhitha(Marathi)
12. Best Dialogue writer—Anjali Menon (Ustad Hotel-Malayalam)
13. Best Lyrics------Prasoon Joshi (Chittagang)
14. Best Art Direction----Viswaroopam
15. Spl.Jury awards—Chitrangadha(Bengali),Kahani, Gangs of Vaseypur, Dekh Indian Circus, Thalaash
