There's one hitch for Yama(Sayaji Shinde) from performing his duties. For some reason, Naresh (Allari Naresh), the human who is in love with his daughter Yamaja (Richa Pinai) does not have a lifespan. Much as Yama would want to sniff the life out of him, Naresh turns out to be a survivor, even able to shake his throne. But Naresh will have to finally give in.

From 2002 to 2012, Naresh has appeared for his Intermediate examinations but without success. Quite naturally, his family, especially his father is perturbed. Naresh isn't. As a stage artiste when he playing Rama, the lady who is to play Sita has to make an exit as her husband does not permit her to be in the play. That's when Yamaja enters the scene to rescue the play.

Yamaja does rescue the play but in the process Naresh is trapped as she chases him calling him `mogudu' (husband) just because they exchange garlands in a play. Much as he would like to shake her off, she struggles to make him believe that she indeed is Yama's daughter Yamaja. Our man would have none of that stuff.

Eventually, he falls for her but her Yama is not pleased at all. And so, the clash begins Naresh and Yama. There are challenges and counter challenges. It's not difficult to impress Yama's wife (Ramyakrishna) as Naresh tells her that if she was on earth, film director "K Raghavendra Rao B.A" would picturise numerous songs on her with his trademark fruits and flowers being thrown on her body.

Well, the story goes on. The dialogues which rhyme are impressive. Nothing else. Not even Allari Naresh. He might have the ease to pull off his role but the storyline which appears a bit clumsy leaves you scratching your head. The filmmakers seemed to have such a broad canvas that he chose to end the story as he wished to. There are no complaints because there are no expectations and there is hardly anything that you really anticipate while the movie progresses.

It is also sad that the film is allowed to tell an audience that if two school going kids are killed in an accident, it is because the sin committed by their parents in a previous birth.
